Hello, I'm Jo.
My career began many moons ago (over 30 years to be exact) in an accounts department in Halifax. Having worked for three companies within the construction industry, I specialised in running the accounts and payroll departments and teams.
After being made redundant in the midst of the recession I decided to start my own bookkeeping business in 2010. I realised that many small businesses couldn't afford to employ their own bookkeeper and that a flexible, outsourced accounts resource would be extremely useful. That's when Hawley Business Solutions began!
Since then, the business has gone on to work with clients based all over West Yorkshire and we've built a talented professional team that I'm incredibly proud to be part of.
